As action-oriented citizens, we must be in touch with Congress as needed. Let's praise our Congress people for pro-Israel legislation, and condemn the White House for considering sanctions against Israel. The White House comment line is: 202-456-1111; 1414. The Congressional switchboard is: 202-224-3121. Call and denounce the "mulling" of "settlement sanctions." Shameful
Congress Reaffirms Israel is a 'Major Strategic Partner'
The United States Congress voted unanimously Wednesday to pass legislation making Israel a "major strategic partner" of the United States, deepening a bilateral bond that has recently shown signs of strain.

Inoperative Gaza sewage plant endangers Ashkelon
In the absence of Israeli agreement to supply power specifically for the water purification plant in Gaza, more than 90,000 cubic meters of sewage are poured into wadis in the Gaza Strip daily, and the water makes its way to the Mediterranean Sea reaching just a few kilometers from the coast at Ashkelon, near one of Israel's largest seawater desalination plants.
And the terror attacks continue:
Two stabbed in terror attack at West Bank supermarket
A Palestinian teen stabbed two people and was shot by an off-duty security guard at a Rami Levy supermarket in the Mishor Adumim industrial zone, east of Jerusalem near Maaleh Adumim Wednesday afternoon, in what Israeli police said was an apparent terror attack.
